Runway East was finding a few issues with their existing supplier, and with a commitment to giving clients ‘team bliss (all day, every day)’, connectivity just wasn’t up to scratch. Namely, Runway East were struggling with:
Service woes: Runway East’s incumbent supplier wasn’t supporting the needs and requirements of members.
Periodic drop offs: Patchy connectivity and WiFi performance issues across their sites.
The age old ticket challenge: Service tickets were not being resolved in a timely manner.
We set Runway East up with fast, dedicated connectivity and a backup solution to ensure true resilience and service through an AlwaysOn, 100% uptime guarantee. We also provide some specific tenants with bespoke dedicated connectivity and network configurations.
We provide a fully managed WiFI & LAN solution across the site, using Juniper MIST Enterprise hardware and licence subscriptions.
Juniper MIST is a really exciting AI-led development that we’re very proud to be an elite partner for. It uses a combination of AI, machine learning, and data science techniques to optimise user experience and simplify operations across wireless access, wired access, SD-WAN, WAN Edge, data centre, and security domains.
Thanks to both humans and AI, Runway East can now be sure of the stability and resilience of all of their sites. 24/7 monitoring and support from our own in-house network engineering team means any faults are fixed rapidly. And Juniper MIST constantly monitors and interrogates the network to find and give a precise location for those faults, often identifying them even before they’re known.
We’ve hugely improved the day-to-day experience of Runway Easy tenants, eliminated ticketing stress, and in turn helped to maintain the excellent reputation of the brand and its facilities.
