Lengthy lead times: before using Elevate, the lead time for a new office to be connected on the estate was three to four months. Tenants would bring all their equipment to the office, but couldn’t actually start work.
Patchy connectivity: Valentine Place was struggling with periodic drop outs, hugely problematic when clients are not only working independently but on continuous video calls too.
Lack of visibility: because tenants had selected their own providers on each floor, estate management was in the dark when it came to getting faults resolved. Confusion reigned over who to speak to, because of the sheer number of companies and points of contact involved.
