Our inaugural Cooking in Partnership event took place at the gorgeous Langham Hotel in London. The team were joined by 12 of our wonderful partners and treated to a cooking masterclass, in the hotels restaurant Sauce. Everyone was partnered up to create and taste three delicious courses. So, what was on the menu?

• Starter: Fresh Cavatelli with Wild Mushrooms, Crème Fraîche & Tarragon
• Main: Beef Fillet with Roasted Butternut Purée, Endive & Red Wine Sauce
• Dessert: Spiced Vanilla Crème Catalana

We even had an unexpected celebrity drop in from Michel Roux Junior himself! The best team of two, Nick Sheppard and Charles Fraser, won a signed copy of his book, Michel Roux at Home. And Ed Crabtree from Technology Within went away with the wooden spoon. A brilliant day, all wrapped up with drinks at the nearby Nest Bar in the Treetop.

Cooking in Partnership is part of our commitment to creating an engaging, entertaining and - often - informative events programme for our partners. One that doesn’t rely too heavily on the golf course.
