Following the success of our inaugural Women in Channel event, we were delighted to welcome guests to Manchester for our second annual gathering of women from across the channel.
Created to provide a supportive and inclusive community for women working within the industry, Women in Channel continues to bring together professionals from across the sector to connect, share experiences and build meaningful relationships. This year's event saw another fantastic turnout, with attendees travelling from across the UK to be part of the day.
As the community continues to grow, so too does the opportunity to share ideas, learn from one another and celebrate the talented women helping to shape the future of our industry.
From inspiring conversations and industry insights to networking, new connections and a cocktail-making masterclass, Women in Channel 2026 was packed with memorable moments.
Watch our highlights video below to get a flavour of the day and hear from some of the women who joined us in Manchester.
One of the highlights of the day was our live Women in Channel x Chewing the Channel podcast, hosted by Elevate Wholesale Account Manager, Teigan Kemp and featuring Stacey Clarke, Director of Customer Care and Operations at Clear Business. Stacey shared valuable insights into her career journey, leadership experiences and the lessons she has learned throughout her time in the industry. The conversation explored career progression, overcoming challenges and the importance of supporting future generations entering the channel.

The session was recorded live at the event and will be available soon to watch and listen to online.
The event also featured a panel discussion, Stories, Leadership and the Future of the Industry, hosted by Elevate Wholesale Account Manager, Emmeline Spann.
Joined by Kat Randall Bowmaker (Virgin Media Business), Nicola Brummell (Sky), Claire Cawthorne (Millgate) and Lauren Knight (Vorboss), the panel explored the trends shaping the channel, the challenges and opportunities ahead, and how the industry can become more inclusive for future generations.
The discussion sparked honest and insightful conversations, with panellists sharing their own experiences, perspectives and advice for those building careers within the industry.
The session was recorded and will be available soon to watch back.

Following the podcast and panel sessions, guests headed to the wonderful Ocasa for food, drinks and networking, creating the perfect opportunity to continue conversations, make new connections and share experiences with peers from across the industry.
To round things off, attendees took part in a cocktail-making masterclass which proved to be the perfect way to end the day, with plenty of laughter, conversation and networking continuing right through to the final cocktail.
