“It’s been a big few months for the Product & Innovation team as we scale to support the next phase of growth. We’ve recently added two fantastic hires: David Simpson, our new Senior Product Manager for Cyber Security, and Harry Norman, our Wireless Solutions Architect. Their expertise boosts our ability to deliver high-impact solutions in two key areas – Cyber and Managed WiFi."
We’ve also been sharpening our systems, pricing, documentation and processes - tightening how we scope, launch, and manage products in our CRM, giving us better data than we’ve ever had and keeping the portfolio competitive, relevant, and easy to sell.
Our Presales team have been working tirelessly with Sales, playing a crucial role in setting new sales records and driving vendor costs down - Kudos, Avengers
Looking ahead, we’re focused on five big priorities. The first of which is our Wholesale Portal. Having taken ownership of the project last month, we’ve already pushed live the first batch of over 50 new features and improvements - all designed to make the user experience faster, slicker, and most importantly, more stable.
In Cyber, with David now in place, we’re rolling out improvements to current products and planning a new lineup of security products as we double down on our MSP offerings. David will also be hosting various enablement sessions to share knowledge, best practices and tips.
With Harry on board, we’re levelling up our Wireless Design capability, refining processes, standardising best practices, and aiming to commercialise WiFi design before the end of the quarter.
In Presales, we’re simplifying things into one request type and moving BOMs into Salesforce to keep everything seamless and consistent whilst an order passes between teams.
Finally, to give us the best shot at hitting the ground running next year, planning for FY26 is already underway, from resourcing and product roadmaps to revenue forecasting.
And of course, we’re here to help you finish FY25 strong. Whether it’s commercial support to close those last deals or bringing in Captain America, Iron Man, Thor or any of the Avengers to get them over the line.
On behalf of my team, thanks to everyone across the business who keeps collaborating with us - we’re proud to work across multiple projects with multiple departments, helping to shape better products, close more deals, and deliver seamless solutions for our customers.
