Seamless connectivity for a smoother service: working across the North West with Bold Street Coffee

GSG Hospitality is an independent hospitality group boasting award-winning venues across the North West. From bars to restaurants to coffee shops, brands include Bold Street Coffee, Salt Dog Slims and Duke Street Food and Drink Market. With five sites across Manchester and Liverpool, Bold Street Coffee needed fast, easily accessible WiFi - and strong infrastructure behind it - to keep POS and operational assets up and running, and provide a seamless experience for the hundreds of customers that work from the coffee shops every day.

The challenge

Bold Street Coffee was looking for a provider that was local, accessible and could provide a quick install without hassle or headaches.

Patchy connectivity: the previous connection simply wasn’t up to scratch. Patchy WiFi was causing customer frustration and lost staff productivity.

Unresponsive support: the previous supplier ‘wasn’t helpful’ in resolving the frequent issues the chain faced.

The solution

We were able to quickly install and move into seamless management for Bold Street Coffee’s Ethernet and WiFi networks.
