The challenge
Secure backup: before coming to Elevate, Godel Tech was working with - and getting increasingly frustrated by - a problematic wireless DIA.
Competitive commercials: a flexible arrangement to suit Godel Tech’s budget.
Rapid delivery: fast installation so that Godel Tech could enjoy reliable connectivity rapidly.
The solution
To provide secure backup and AlwaysOn internet, we installed a fibre DIA to become the primary connection, repurposing the existing wireless connection to provide a diverse backup.
The high-quality fibre connection offers 200Mbps speeds, running on a 10Gbps-capable line to allow for easy future upgrades. A /28 static IP block gives Godel 14 usable public IPs for hosting or networking purposes.
Because we own and operate our own network in Manchester, we were able to offer Godel Tech the flexible commercials they were after, and what’s more, we delivered quickly: turning around the new fibre connection within 30 days.

The service has been activated for two years now, and Godel Tech is yet to see a drop out. The backup has been activated twice so far, and has fulfilled its purpose, ensuring absolutely zero downtime in two years.
