Zenith Real Estate Partners is a nationwide real estate investment and management business. Part of their portfolio is The Apiary, a 50,000 square foot Grade A office building, in the heart of Deansgate in Manchester. Mixed use, the building houses a number of retailers on the ground floor, a Technogym in the basement, and a huge square footage of office space over five floors. The Technogym is a premium wellness and gym space, and all the machines are connected directly to the internet to allow users to access their own accounts, preferred streaming services and generally get online during workouts.
