At Elevate, our partner community is what really makes us tick. In fact, we built our entire channel offer around the need for a more personal, relationship-based approach. The need for more community. And a community is exactly what we’ve spent the last couple of years building; read on for some horse’s mouth insight into how that helps our partners.
Team Metalogic
Team Metalogic already had a 100% partner happiness rating when we started work with them. Clearly, we were well aligned on the importance of relationships. Having worked with Cardiff’s city centre business community for over 20 years, Team Metalogic has seen first-hand the challenges the area faced when it came to connectivity.
Our full fibre network in Cardiff has opened the door for local businesses to benefit from the fast, reliable internet connectivity they require - and Team Metalogic, as a key community player, is a crucial strategic partner in helping us deliver it.
This shared commitment was brought to life at our Cardiff launch event, where Team Metalogic met and collaborated with other partners and local businesses, strengthening connections across the city centre. Together, we’re improving connectivity while playing an active role in building a stronger Cardiff business community — exactly the kind of partnership our Elevate community is built on.

Liv Unified Communications
When LIV Unified Communications needed to open a client’s office under a tight deadline, our in-house engineers and collaborative support network were critical to getting the job done. Because we know our partners so well, and because we keep our infrastructure management in-house, we were able to quickly scale up the approach and connectivity to keep things moving on behalf of LIV. Moving a speed to implement a temporary 5G solution whilst fibre was installed, ensured the customers needs were met quickly and everything ran smoothly.
It’s a clear example of our partner community doing what it does best: supporting partners through collaboration when it matters most, something that is strengthened further through regular networking and community events that help build the strong relationships behind every successful delivery.

Metrotech Solutions
Metrotech has embraced our Preconnect® offering, and we’ve worked closely together to roll out plug and play connectivity across 100 North West businesses. Our wholesale model is built around the belief that strong community and close partnerships drive better outcomes for everyone; and our work with Team Metalogic is a clear example of that in action.
By collaborating openly, sharing opportunity and aligning around a customer-first mindset, strengthened through regular connection at our partner events we’ve helped Metrotech offer Preconnect® as a strategic asset for landlords and tenants alike. This personal relationship has enabled faster deployments and new revenue opportunities, giving end customers fast access to high-grade connectivity.

Community Events
We host Partner Appreciation Events every couple of months to stay connected with partners, hear their feedback and just generally say thank you for trusting us as a supplier.
From golf days to Peter Kay shows to networking nights, we aim to make each event both informative and enjoyable. Over time, we’ve seen partners collaborate, share business and solve problems together at these events, which is exactly what we hope for.
A couple of our recent favourite events include the ‘spectacular’ first event for our Women in Channel initiative…
“It was a spectacular first event and massive Kudos to all who planned and organised, truly one of the best events I've had the pleasure of attending in my (close on) 30 years in the industry.”
Jackie, Eclipsenet
And a great night spent laughing at Jason Manford at Co-Op LIVE!
Our most notorious event to date was probably our Channel Live after-show get-together at Flight Club. Will’s keen as mustard to make this year’s bigger, better and more (or less?) memorable than ever, so if you’re attending Channel Live, register your interest for the afters here.
We’re building a genuinely partner-first community and business model. From our People Portal to our Partner Appreciation Events; we know how important it is to stay up to date with the people that make our business what it is, and understand what they need from us next.
We’re committed to facilitating peer-to-peer support, taking a proactive approach to opportunity sharing across the channel and striking the right balance between genuinely enjoyable socials and genuinely useful learning.
