The people at LIV pride themselves on building personal business relationships with customers and suppliers, delivering exceptional services and support 24/7. To underpin this commitment, they needed a partner that could promise and dedicate to the same excellence.

LIV approached us with an urgent challenge: opening an office for their client within a tight deadline. Ensuring uninterrupted connectivity was critical, and any delays could have caused major disruptions to client operations.

The solution

A 5G solution to seamlessly connect the customer until their fibre connection could be installed, a great validation of our in-house engineers. As LIV’s MD, Ben Ganley points out, engineering is such an important part of that end user customer experience - at the end of the day, it’s only an engineer who can deliver what a customer needs.

Thanks to our quick response and innovative approach, LIV’s client was up and running on time, with no disruption to their operations. Our delivery team and in-house engineers meant that LIV’s resources weren’t swamped getting the connection established.
