Office Ready Technology needed a solution that meant tenants could move in and get going quickly. Having received projected lead times of between 60 and 90 days from other ISPs, the landlords Office Ready Technology partners with were looking for faster installation to attract new tenants.
Office Ready Technology have been working with a number of landlords across London, offering them our Preconnect® solution, which helps both landlords and commercial agents make the building more attractive to new tenants.
We’ve worked with Office Ready Technology for a while now, and this latest estate includes nine buildings and around 30 offices, for which we provided our Preconnect® solution, meaning occupiers can be up and running in as little as 24 hours.
Within our Preconnect® buildings, a wayleave is already agreed, meaning we already have access rights to install the necessary hardware. This in itself removes a huge chunk of the waiting time you’d expect from other ISPs. With this master wayleave in place, we can get tenants connected through Preconnect® in as little as 24 hours.
Preconnect® brings hyperfast internet connectivity with symmetrical speeds up to 10Gbps. While primary access is delivered through full fibre, in our six HyperCities, we can also offer diverse connections in the form of rooftop wireless, meaning an AlwaysOn, 100% uptime SLA.
